We do not control these third parties and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, performance, security, or terms of service.
Outages, errors, latency, or failures in any of these third-party services may cause Signals to be delayed, malformed, or not delivered at all. We cannot and do not guarantee that any Signal will be delivered to you in time to act on it, or at all.
AI Strike Lab generates revenue from paid subscriptions. We may, from time to time, receive compensation from third parties for promoting their products or services through affiliate relationships. Where such compensation exists, we will disclose it at the point of recommendation.
We do not currently receive compensation from any broker, exchange, or issuer of any security mentioned on this site. We do not engage in front-running of Signals. When you sign up for a webinar, subscribe, or contact us, we collect the personal information you provide — typically your name, email address, and optionally your phone number. We may also collect technical information about your visit (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed) through standard analytics tooling.
We use this information to: (a) deliver the Service to you; (b) communicate with you about your subscription, our webinars, and material updates to the Service; (c) process payments via our payment processor; and (d) improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Payment information (credit card numbers, bank details) is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We have no access to your full payment credentials.

Lifetime subscription ($999, one-time): Because lifetime access provides immediate, perpetual delivery of a digital service, lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable once you have accessed the Telegram channel, downloaded any materials, or attended any subscriber-only webinar. If you have not accessed any subscriber content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
All content on aistrikelab.com — including Signals, Pine Script algorithms, written content, the AI Strike Lab name and logo, the dashboard, calculator, and webinar materials — is the intellectual property of AI Strike Lab and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law.
You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading and education. You receive no other rights. Republishing Signals to a public audience, reselling access, or building a competing product based on our Signals is prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.
In no event shall our aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever exceed the total amount paid by you to AI Strike Lab during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Strike Lab, its owner, operators, agents, and founder from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your trading decisions and outcomes; (c) your violation of these terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
These terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in New York County, New York. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action or class arbitration.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
